  • Personal State Income Tax Preparation (Minimum Fee is $250) Return and all related forms, including the cost of e-filing or mailing

  • Annual Federal 1099 Filing Preparation (Minimum Fee $300 for up to 5 contractors) (Each additional contractor $15)

Monthly/Quarterly Bookkeeping Services Small Business starts at $350 per month

  • Quarterly Review and Reconciliation Small Business starts at $650 per quarter
  • Annual Review and Reconciliation Small Business starts at $1500


Payment Policies


  1. EXACT FEE IS DETERMINED ONCE WE HAVE ALL DOCUMENTS AND BEFORE WE BEGIN ANY WORK   
  2. ALL PRICING MENTIONED IS BASE PRICING AND IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE 
  3. AUDIT SUPPORT IS AN ADD-ON & IS NOT INCLUDED IN ANY OF THE BASE PRICING ABOVE
  4. MINIMUM FEE FOR ANY SERVICE IS $250 
  5. PAYMENT WILL BE AS FOLLLOWS:

                              50% OF FEE IS DUE PRIOR TO WORK COMMENCING  

                             OUTSTANDING BALANCE IS DUE WHEN DRAFT IS PROVIDED

                             FINAL COPY AND E-FILING WILL NOT BE PROVIDED UNTIL BALANCE IS PAID IN FULL. 


REFUND POLICY - IF YOU ARE UNSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES RENDERED, 50% REFUND OF FUNDS PAID WILL BE PROVIDED AND YOUR ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS WILL BE PROMPTLY RETURNED TO YOU.
